I am so pleased with the garden Katie designed for us back in August 2021 and even more ecstatic now it is finally complete. Katie spent time understanding all my requirements and a lot of time measuring our garden which is on a slope and a very awkward shape. She convinced me to get rid of our 18 foot hedge (which was absolutely the right decision) we now have so much space!! She was happy to make changes to the design and suggested a great contractor to complete the work for us. We’ve still got the planting to do in the spring, but I am already so much happier with the layout!"

Would highly recommend Katie's design service & planting plans. She designed our back garden and planting plan and came up ultimately with two different designs for us to consider when the first one wasn't quite working out - we are delighted with the ultimate design. Katie took time to assess our soil, garden sloping, our requirements for the garden and our nice-to-haves vs must-haves and how to fit these in - she is very creative and responsive. She generally kept us up to date throughout and was thorough in her approach and her designs are very clear and well presented. The garden is not yet built (decent contractor shortages!!) but we are excited to see works begin shortly."

I found Katie to be professional and caring. She really listened to what I wanted but was not afraid to tell me when I could be making a mistake. At 80+, but still fit and a passionate gardener, this will be my last and smallest garden. We wanted something to take frame amazing views, incorporate water, rocks, trees all sorts of textures, no grass, and favourite plants brought with me from my last garden, all to go with a modern new build and in a very small space. We think we will have got it when the garden is completed. So far we are only at the design stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending her."

"This was the first time we'd used a garden designer and Katie was fantastic from start to finish…
We'd moved house into a renovation project and had four terraces to fill that were pretty much a blank canvas. We wanted something cohesive, fairly low maintenance and that would work with the right plants in the space, so turned to Katie for a planting plan.
She took a detailed brief, noting our preferences for style and colours and returned an excellent plan within the agreed timescale. The presentation of the plan and details of the plants and overall scheme was excellent. Katie worked with us to refine a couple of details and now we're planning to start planting towards the end of winter. Katie has also offered to help us identify a supplier as this will be quite a significant purchase to cover the four terraces.
All in all, Katie was a delight to work with and we're full of confidence that we have a planting scheme we never could have come up with on our own that will look fabulous and be a joy to maintain over the years"
