aboutThe brief for this L-shaped, multi level Glasgow garden, was to create an all year round entertaining space . The new design introduces different areas that are zoned by swathes of naturalistic planting. Wide steps out of the house take you down to a large dining and outdoor kitchen area, with covered seating and a firepit space for cooler evenings. Additional seating provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee, and a hot tub within the planting is the ideal place for a relax.
A mix of multi stem trees, soft tall grasses, clipped evergreens and statement hydrangeas, together with a palette of purple and white perennials, provide lovely structure, movement and colour.
